TLC is a HAIR & BEAUTY salon based in TROWBRIDGE  in the county town of WILTSHIRE, n our HAIR salon, we use & recommend TIGI hair products & our stylists are all experienced and qualified plus our apprentices are put through extensive training. We specialise in HAIR EXTENSIONS & our stylists are BALMAIN trained. Our BEAUTY services have been rewarded as being Wiltshire’s BEST NAIL BAR and our therapist is proficient in NAIL EXTENSIONS using ACRYLIC & BIO SCULPTURE GEL. Jessica treatments are available in MANICURES & PEDICURES & Chloe is fully trained in Lash Perfect EYELASH EXTENSIONS. Other services available are MASSAGE & WAXING. We also provide SPRAY TANNING - our therapist being FAKE BAKE & SIENNA X trained. Our ladies FITNESS suite has won Wiltshire’s Best Gym 3 times running. Our Studio classes include the popular BOXERCISE as well as CIRCUIT TRAINING - STEP N TONE & TLC were the pioneers of the first ever gym based POLE FITNESS in Wiltshire. Our fitness suite caters for ALL shapes and sizes and provides and encourages personal goals and targets.
The gym has a friendly atmosphere which is not intimidating in the slightest, training buddies are encouraged as it is easier to motivate each other.

Some of our aerobic studio classes are included in our gold membership, run most days. and we are open for you to visit prior to joining with no obligation.

We don’t try and blind you with promises of quick-fixes, but we do offer a guarantee that if you follow the government guidelines of introducing a regular healthy exercise routine, you will make positive changes to your life and body!

Fitness Assessments:

Upon joining new members undertake a fitness evaluation which provides vital information on their general condition. This is the first of your on-going assessments which are conducted by trained instructors who record your weight & inch loss.

Exercise programmes:

All members are encouraged to follow a programme specifically designed for them. Each is written with them in mind and is periodically replaced so as to maintain interest and progress.
